Tesco
Love or Hate
I've shopped with Tesco's for over 25 years From Bunrt Oak, Stevenage,Melton Mowbray,Borehamwood,Hatfield and York and to me they have lost thier focus on their customers. Their customer service Managers and staff need to learn how to communicate to customers, with out us they haven't got a bussiness. I know lots of people who have shopped at Tesco for years and now shop elseware. It would help if they stocked the store in the evenings, so us shoppers who work all day can do a complete shop. "Veg" Three weeks in a row very low stocks. Isn't that what CLUBCARD is meant to help them with, who buys what, when & where. JIMMYS Sausages, Veal and Chicken Kievs where are they? Not in the store I shop at, On the TV they said they were rolling them out, "what in ten year time"? When you spend over £6,000 a year, returning customer are bread & butter. Look after your home before running around the world building your Empire!

JOHN LEWIS great service when you shop in person at one of their wonderful stores (WGC).
On Line, the two times that we used them were not good at all, bought a coat for my Daughter, when we received it, it looked like it had been dragged around their warehouse floor. They could not replace it as they had no more stock so we had to run around to find another one and it was Christmas! And the other time it was a Laptop issue.
Maybe I am just unlucky? But it's put me off using them on line.

Used tyre- shopper 3 years ago when I lived in York, now I need 2 new tyres for the same car, now I'm in hertfordshire. I'm using them again, "say no more".
