not acceptable in this day and age to advertise a product as available, let the customer pay online, take the funds, send confirmation, and THEN on another day advise that not in stock -but you must contact them to agree what happens next .. having done this (soul-draining call queue of course- clearly their time is worth more than any customer's), I was advised that there is a delivery due in next week (NINE days after order) ..
but they don't know whether what I've ordered (and paid for) is going to be in that delivery (but I can call and find out then - great, thanks.. cant wait..)
