I bought this before Christmas and it was delivered efficiently and with great communication.
For the price the quality of the product was excellent and I was impressed with the companies website and ease of use.

I researched extensively when we were looking for a memory foam mattress for our new bedroom . The memory foam warehouse came out top and they have such a great range of products for every type of person. We decided to drive over to the showroom to be sure and were delighted with the advice and service we got there. We decided to take the mattress with us and that night had a great night’s sleep.
Would highly recommend this company. We also got two free pillows with our purchase.
Ordered a lovely vertical radiator for our bedroom from here, the prices were very competitive and delivery was very reasonably priced. Delivery failed to deliver as I was out on the first attempt but changing the delivery address on line was easy and it arrived at work the next day. Would use again.
I have used better bathrooms twice in the last two weeks and both times the service has been great. We picked up the first item from their collection depot. The service we got was great. They checked over the item in front of us. I ordered the vanity toilet and sink unit and was impressed that at only £189 is was great quality. I had ordered the rest of the bathroom with another company and after fighting with them over my order I decided to cancel the order and get the rest from better bathrooms instead. Two days later everything is here! The live chat option has been great to answer any queries. I would definitely recommend them especially after the bad experience I had with the other company.
I ordered from here after seeing all the good reviews. All the items were in stock on the website and I made it clear I needed the goods asap.
When I checked my order some items then said not in stok so I emailed them and got aquick response at first. Then heard nothing despite a series of emails. If you email about same issue twice it puts u to the end of the queue. In the end I cancelled the order and am now a week behind on the fitting of my ensuite. I wont trust a company again that has no phone number tio contact them.
I have now used Appliance online 3 times. To buy my range cooking, washing machine and now my freestanding fridge freezer. Every time the experience has been second to none and the communication leaves any delivery worries behind, They contact you when they are coming and the products are cheaper than anywhere else. Higly recommended.
I really liked my experience and have ordered a lot of sofas in my time. A friend recommended the company as she had ordered all her sofas from them.
I have had sofas from all the leading big chains and I feel they are overpriced even with the discounts. Sofa sofa is really cheap but the settes don't look it. Plus we always have issues with deliveries however they delivered our sofa when we weren't at work at 9pm. This means noone had to sit aound waiting for them and having a day off work.
I love the settee and the quality seems great.
I ordered 7 swiss army knives for the Ushers, Dads and bestman for our wedding at the cost of £144. At first contact was great.Helpful and eager to please.
Then The goods didn't arrive when they said. I contacted the company and they assured me they would make another order and claim back the insurance on the first order from the post office. Since then I have heard nothing. No response to my 7 emails, which started off nice but the last one I sent I told them I would report them to trading standards and take the action further. Still nothing. I have now been in touch with my bank's fraud department as I feel that is exactly what it is. We are on a tight budget for the wedding and now tight time frame (ordered them 5 weeks ago) and they have stolen my money. If I do not get a refund or products I am also thinking of reporting it to the Police and getting a crime number. My bank is fairly postive that I will get my money back as luckily I paid by visa debit but it will take a long time and I cannot afford to order more presents until that time.
I don't understand why I was getting replies after an hour at first and now nothing.
The phone number given in one of the other reviews goes to answer phone.
I think if you have paid by visa or visa debit you will receive your money back eventually.
Trading standards do have a website where you can give information about a scam or fraud. I suggest those people unhappy do this as well.
Phil another unhappy customer contact me with the details of the supplier and found that they were not very happy about the reviews that they have been getting. I contacted the company on Friday to let them know that I have received no products from their dealer and got a phone call today with excuses of emails being blocked etc. However they have said they are rushing an order through ( I don't call 5 weeks rushing!) and that they will be with me on thursday so we shall see. It certainly seems like they do not want to annoy their supplier any more.
