Reliable, friendly, considerate and value for money service
Once again we were delighted with this service. Despite being delayed by the snow, and need to defer retrieval of car, the staff were friendly and keen to help, and delivery of car prompt. We especially appreciated the calls to our mobile to see how our journey to Heathrow was proceeding and whether there was any delay in our expected time of drop off. Similarly when they knew that our baggage was delayed at collection, they initiated contact to make sure all was well and to ensure that their return would be prompt as soon as we were clear. Many thanks. Recommend highly and will use again.
