Paving Superstore
Good value product but very poor service
The products are very good value but the lead times are misleading and the communication from them poor. They also missed the delivery date without any contact at all on the day and I had taken time off to be on hand for the delivery. When they did deliver the delivery drivers attitude was awful.

We were unaware you had any difficulties with your delivery as we haven't heard from you regarding this issue. As advised on our website, the Borderstone items usually take around 7 working days for delivery which is a little longer than our usual 2-3 days on other items and this is because the manufacturer delivers these goods themselves with their own transport company. We apologise if you found the driver rude - we will pass on your feedback to Borderstone.
