Started and application for level term life assurance and then stopped cos I got distracted. 20 minutes later was contacted by phone, had a few questions answered and then completed the application over the phone. Within 10 minutes of that had my own advisor emailing me with basic information. If the communication carries on like this I will be well impressed!
