Very poor service...

They rented twice the car using my name but not to me. Once to someone who was speeding and I got a thicket. It took four (4) months to get the thicket cancelled and I got no help from Europcar. I had to write many letters and emails trying to convince the police that I have no been in the country at that time. This started Italy with out the speeding thicket. Can we trust the company anymore? I can not!
