Excellent price, fast efficient delivery
Purchased preicer and a winter pack of deicer and screen wash. Very competetive price, discount code made this even better along with the free postage. Didn't make any sense to trapse around shops looking when with a couple of clicks I could sit back and wait fro the products to arrive which they did with impressive speed and efficiency. Kept upto date throughout by the informative emails. A great buying experience - can't speak highly enough of GSF

Great product, mediocre service
Purchased a single Hypnos Baronet matress over the August bank holiday weekend and expected a 30 day wait. Phoned after 35 days to find out what had happened to it to be told still awaiting delivery from manufacturer. Matress finally arrived 40+ days after purchase. Would have been nice to have been kept up to date with progress. Probably wouldn't have had problems if we'd been purchasing a matress from stock but as this matress was almost £450 for a single I expected better service. Will make me think twice about where I purchase the same double matress for our bed from

Great value, even better service
Ordered two tubs of black powder fruit flavour which arrived two days later. In between received numerous emails keeping me up to date with the order and it's delivery. Would use again without hesitation. Thanks I'll be back again soon.
