The posters and their frames did take a while to be delivered but they did not go beyond the expected delivery date. Unfortunately one of the frames had a small dent in it, not significant enough to send back, I used a black felt tip and coloured it in. However, given the good packaging I think this must have happened before it was wrapped up. Also the wrong poster was in the frame, again, this was not sufficient to send back, it took me 30 secs to swap the posters over. It's a good job I didn't send it as a gift to someone!

I am sorry that your frame did not arrive in perfect condition, please contact our customer services team and we will arrange for a new one to be sent out free of charge. On rare occasions this can happy due to mishandling by the courier.
