Great but...
I lost my ticket when I had only been on 1/4 of the tour. I was told to go to the information centre which I did. The lady behind the desk said that once you lose the ticket, which by the way it's like a till receipt, you can't continue getting on the bus. I just can't believe that these days when everything is electronically generated they say a tiny bit of paper is all that matters. I checked on the big bus website and I couldn't find anywhere that says that if you lose the ticket the tour will end for you. I had the confirmation email with me to prove that I had paid for the 4 adult tickets and it didn't matter. Very disapointing.
