I'd been looking to update my hifi for sometime, and after seeing one of the products I wanted and reading the company reviews, I placed an order via the internet. I was emailed and told that the product was out of stock but I'd be notified when stock was available (3-4 days), and also that payment would not be taken from my account until just before the order was despatched. After 10 days I'd not received any further information about my order, yet payment had been taken from my account 7 days before. After phoning and emailing I did receive my order quite quickly, and when I spoke on the phone they were courteous and returned my call when they specified and emailed to explain the delayed order. Not sure if I'd use them again, the money going from my account with no information sent to me didn't impress me at all. jUFF598039
