Not that impressed.

I'd been looking to update my hifi for sometime, and after seeing one of the products I wanted and reading the company reviews, I placed an order via the internet. I was emailed and told that the product was out of stock but I'd be notified when stock was available (3-4 days), and also that payment would not be taken from my account until just before the order was despatched. After 10 days I'd not received any further information about my order, yet payment had been taken from my account 7 days before. After phoning and emailing I did receive my order quite quickly, and when I spoke on the phone they were courteous and returned my call when they specified and emailed to explain the delayed order. Not sure if I'd use them again, the money going from my account with no information sent to me didn't impress me at all. jUFF598039

Please accept out apologies for the problem you have had with your order. The wrong product being shipped was our fault and we do our utmost to ensure that our customers receive the correct item as quick as possible. Upon your notification of the error we did our best to get the correct item to you as quick as we could which unfortunately turned out to have a faulty power supply unit. We have since returned the item to the manufacturer who extend their apologies for the fault and we have issued a refund to you which should be back on your account in the next few days. We appreciate that your experience with us may not have been the best and would like a chance to rectify it so if there is ever anything we may be able to help with in the future please get in touch.
