Ive had a recent close escape with this company & I want to share it with you.
Hopefully you are reading this before you have parted with your cash & possibly even your ID !
Firstly I paid for the glasses I wanted, within 24 hrs I received an email asking for photo ID to allow the purchase to be processed !
I emailed back & asked why its relevant to have photo ID as they have nothing to verify my photo against & clearly didnt sent any.
I started to smell a rat.
I received an email back stating that they would process my order without ID in this instance.
Something was clearly wrong.
Unfortunately I didnt research them properly before I paid them.
My husband found Trustpilot & showed me horror after horror of dealings with this company.
One email he found showed a step by step guide to how a chap had got his money back. I jumped straight to it.
The only good thing I can say about this company is I did get my money back, quickly in fairness, however my email was very clear (thus the 1 star).
If my experience & others ive read about demonstrate this company's way of working then this is the bad side of buying online.
Life is too short to work with organisations like this, pay a little more & receive what you want with little fuss.
