A fair service but nothing more

I placed my order without a hitch on a Friday morning but really wanted the product on the Saturday morning. Used the online chat tool to ask for this offering to pay any additional cost but got a blank "can't help I'm afraid". It was disappointing that customer services were not willing to try and help - in this day and age it is this sort of help that makes the difference. The product did arrive on Monday PM and it is ok.
