I bought online from FFX in Jan 2013; it was my first purchase and was based on price and their well-maintained and informative website. Low prices usually mean that service suffers in some way but not so with FFX . My item arrived very quickly and I was kept informed with email updates along the way. My second purchase of smaller items was treated with the same care and level of service. I will certainly buy from FFX again and would recommend this company with no hesitation.
