I never normally review companies but I received such good service from equestrianclearance.com I wanted to write one for them. I ordered a pair of boots but found them slightly uncomfortable and thought there might be a fault. Even after having worn the boots a couple of months (hoping they would become more comfortable), I asked to return them and was told I could do so. The company sent a courier to collect my boots, inspected them and found a fault and sent me a brand new pair with fast tracked delivery for the next day. I dealt with Lucy who was friendly, efficient and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
