I ordered a snap back cap for my brother. When the parcel arrived, it was in a cut brown paper bag, with no padding, and this meant the cap was squashed!!!

We are sorry to hear the cap you ordered didn't arrive in the condition it
should have done. Our packing policy for Caps and Hats is that they are
sent out in a specific "hard" box in order for it to arrive in perfect
condition.
If it has been damaged in any way please contact customer services who
will happily arrange a replacement at our cost.
PS. If you still have the packaging please could you send us a photo as
this will help us investigate what happened on this particular occasion?
