Affte reading the reviews i was dubious but there was no need to be. Great products at great prices, easy to order, quick delivery (delivery drivers were also great very helpful and waited patiently for me to check all the parcels). Received a reminder email from plumworld about reporting any faults.
Even though i was 2 days late to report the cistern pack was missing a small refill tube (fault of supplier not plumbworld) they replied to my email quickly, contacted the manufacturer, updated me and by the next day the part arrived. Totally hassle free.

Easy ordering, great advice, quick and efficient service. Delivery guy was really good and waited for me to finish a meeting with no hassle. Had to return some valves because I chose the wrong ones. Totally hassle free pick up of old valves and swap over. Definatly recommend. I also ordered a central heating back 6 years ago and alls still great with that too.
