Very solid.

2nd time we've booked and again everything ran without a hitch. Only downer was that we wanted a specific room at the hotel, but they weren't going to help other than to put us in touch with the hotel in Mallorca...but that's probably fair enough - they keep costs down by delivering the basic service.
