I ordered a cradle for my Samsung Galaxy Nexus that sites in Australia claimed were in stock or coming soon ... and when I talked to them they didn't have it.

MobileFun had it in stock. I ordered all the way from Oz and watched the progress of the order online. Within 30 minutes the status changed from ordered to approved to fulfilling. I watched as the item was retrieved from the warehouse, I watched the status go to packing. Then ... and this is all within a couple of hours ... I saw the package picked up by the courier.

After that (all through the website tracking) the package flew halfway round the world. I'd ordered on Friday night and received it at home (Blue Mountains near Sydney) on Tuesday morning.

Basically, very impressive. The fulfilment systems of companies in Australia in comparison to this are neanderthal.
