Always a reliable service!

I've been a customer of Sounds Live since the 1990s and have bought mainly studio equipment from them and one or two guitars.
I usually have items delivered and have found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable when I have phoned or emailed. The deliveries are reliable and items well packed.
On the few occasions I have visited the shop on Dean Street, the staff there have been just the same, and have always been genuinely interested in what I had to say, rather than just trying to make a sale.
I worked in a music shop for six years myself, and I know that it can be an intimidating experience for the non-musician who is making a purchase for someone else. My wife has called into Sounds Live on a number of occasions and has always been treated with respect and been made to feel at ease.
I received a faulty effects unit from them a few years ago and they were very quick to send out a replacement without making it seem like a hassle.
As with most people, I do check prices elsewhere, but Sounds Live are usually the most competitive and are always my first stop shop!
