I have placed an order online and everything seems great. The following day (the expected delivery day) I've checked the staus and found out that my order was cancelled. There were no emails informing me of that.
I have called up drinkfinder and was told that "it wasn't their fault".What I wanted to hear was 1) an apology; 2) the ways to rectify it. We got there some 5 minutes later.
After placing the order the second time I saw a similar situation where "processing" was taking minutes.I called up drinkfinder to hear that my order was proogressing well.
In the end the wine was delivered, the service at that point was good.
Would I order with drinkfinder again? Hmmm Yes, but I would keep an eye on the whole process.
Bought the tickets for Red Hot Chilli Peppers 4 weeks before the gig. Although there was only one option for entering the address (billing) - I emailed a request for a different delivery address and that was fine. My query was received a quick response. The ticket arrived on time. I'm a satisfied customer:)
