Medals Great - Service Could do Better

We ordered some medals for our Olympic Sports Day but unfortunately they arrived too late although we paid extra for Courier Service. Phone calls were not always returned, so we would think twice about ordering anything in the future unless we had lots of time to allow for delivery.
