the worst online shop ever seen
Usually I make the shop for clothing and perfume online. I have very good experiences on other online shops such as fragrancex.com, strawberry.com, etc. I saw this website, I found what I was looking for and I decide to order. The total amount of my order it was 80 GBP. But my order was never proceed. The company was looking for A copy of a utility bill in your name with your current billing address.
- A copy of your card statement with your Name and current billing address.
- A copy of your Drivers License with your Name and current billing address.
It was a real surprise for me and it looks like that they are trying to do something else with my credit card not only the payment. I try to send them some of this doc but they need them all.
Sorry but I can not give so much information about myself online, at the time that we all hear so much about online stealing.
I wont recommend for no one this website. There are a lot of other websites with very good products and very good prices.

If there are any problems with a customers payment method, we will always contact them via email ASAP, and ask how they want to proceed. We may ask for a form of ID if we need to verify identity. We only ever ask for one form of ID, we would certainly not need all of the forms mentioned above. We did not receive any further communication from this customer, and did not ask for more than one form of ID.
We do not do anything with the ID information, it is just a check for us to be sure that the credit card is not being used fraudulently. Any ID we receive is subsequently destroyed, and nothing is kept on file. And if we have seen the ID once we usually do not need it for any subsequent orders.
As you will see from our other customer reviews we take pride in our customer services, and regret that in this instance the customer was not fully satisfied.
