My partner had ordered flowers 3 days before our anniversary. Throughout the day they were to be delivered my partner had tracked the ordered which had said order had been received, ordered had been processed, order had been dispatched and that the order was out for delivery. As he had not heard by 4:30pm if they had been delivered he called InterFlora to find out what was happening. They told him they could see from their system that at 9am that morning that the warehouse had received the flowers to be delivered except the box and flowers had been damaged. Did they think not to tell him that the order wouldn't be delivered?! Their processing system is also misleading saying the flowers were out for delivery when in fact they were not. InterFlora then said they could deliver the flowers the following day, which defeats the point of sending them as it was our anniversary, but we chose to cancel the order and they offered a full refund. However the flowers have now arrived a day late, no water left in the bowl, flowers wilted, brown and droppy! Not what you expect from a £57.99 bouquet of flowers.
Unfortunately this is the second time InterFlora have messed up our order, the first being flowers we sent on Mother's Day that never arrived.

I bought a pair of Bose headphones, two weeks had passed since I ordered them and nothing received. I chased them up and they said they would be sending them that day. When finally received they were not in a Bose branded case, were extremely used and scratched and dirty. I emailed immediately asking for a full refund which they said they would give and which I never received. I took the headphones to a Bose store who send my headphones to their engineers who confirmed the headphones were in fact counterfeit. As my emails for a refund were being ignored I opened a claim for a refund with my bank based on receiving counterfeit goods. I also reported this company to the Trading Standards as it is a criminal offence to sell counterfeit goods. Bose also advised they would take steps to have this website shut down.
I note that since placing my order and placing my review today the company is now at a different registered office and also trading under a different name, although using the same website address.
My advice is to pay a little extra and buy from a reputable company.
