not enough information
I was looking for some terms and conditions or fee information about my new student account (as i never received any of this when i opened it or through the post) but found absolutely nothing. Had to go into the branch but they weren't much help either...

Fast and brilliant service
Ordered the shipping bag which came in 2 days so i posted the phone day after that and received my payment 2 days later! I Couldn't believe how fast it all was. Takes longer to get a refund from a shop! Also my phone was water damaged and I was surprised mazuma accepted that as most other sites don't or they say in "small writing" that if phone is too damaged which is determined by their team they won't give you money and they won't send it back either. So if your phone is broken i definitely recommend Mazuma! :)
