My sister loved getting the flowers but when asked about the overall delivery etc she admitted to being a little disappointed. She said the box they came in was lovely but on opening she said the paper around the bottom of the flowers looked like a bit of green scrunched up hand wipe from a public loo. She said the card that came with it had been torn off where the perforations where in a rush and therefore the card was torn. The flowers where lovely once put in a vase and given a couple of hours to recover but looked bruised as they were in too large a box with nothing to stop them moving around so had got knocked around abit in transit. I am a bit disappointed as it was my first delivery with this company. Good communications from ordering to delivery.
Had to order some diabetic cat food and some flea treatment. The food is ordered every month and its so nice not having to worry about what sort of service or hassle with delivery I will get as its always first class. A diabetic cat is enough to have to worry about. Thanks Viovet !
