Selectapension

Straightforward, Professional & Friendly!

Recently taken a subscription with Selectapension and am very impressed all round.

The amount of time it saves me is a God-send, when you think about the amount of time it would take to get that many like-for-like illustrations from providers directly.

Not only that but the reports are extremely professionally presented and very client friendly.

Only had to ring support once, went straight through and they explained where I had gone wrong and put me back on track in no time.

Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a cost-effective and user-friendly way to analyse pension transfers!

Absolutely Awful Website, Service & Correspondence (Love KeepOn though)

Bills are always wrong online, minimum wait times to get through to speak to someone is 40mins at all times, and when you do they consistently get it wrong.

Somehow last month they managed to spend 5mins taking my direct debit details, and then set them up on a different account in someone else's name.

Maybe time to hire some efficient staff and not spend £30,000 on a learning aid for autistic to use for their adverts

I Sort of Love You eBay!

Have been on eBay for nearly 10 years, and live by it. Only slight issue these days is that buyers seem to be under the impression that they don't have to pay if they win. eBay always swing into sort, but it does create extra hassle and is putting me off selling that often on there.

Always a good experience, though free delivery takes a bit too long

Ordered many times, and always happy with the products, price and service. Only mild 'issue' is that the free delivery takes a bit too long to arrive (usually 2 weeks) compared to the modestly priced standard delivery which usually only takes 4 days.

Yodel

Why do retailers keep employing them?

Now on my fifth horrific experience using Yodel. It all started just before Christmas when a present was 'delivered' to someone at my address who doesn't exist replete with signature. Called Yodel and I might as well have rung myself for all the extra information they could have provided.

I have yet to speak to a single person who has had a parcel dispatched by them that hasn't either been 'delivered' to their address or just vanished.

That said if they are hiring for drivers I might apply. It could save me a fortune in gifts on the run up to Christmas.
