Unhelpfull

Website lets you order based on TV model number but the part was not correct for that model of TV.
Was told that i should have ordered by part number and that they could not gaurantee the right part otherwise, all the other websites i tried since can manage to get the part number right from the model number !!!!!!!!.
All in all i would not use [language removed] again ever.

The inverter you purchased was the one we delivered. The inverter you purchased was removed from the model of TV indicated, however, TV manufacturers often use different parts within the same model of TV and that is why searching based on part number is important.

The other websites don't list by model number to avoid this problem of TV manufacturers changing parts within the same model. We include the model number as a useful guide, and on each product page the following is clearly displayed "FlatTVParts recommend ordering by part number"

Other sellers have various inverters listed for this model of TV as well. We have made it clear that you are more than welcome to send the part back for a refund, I'm not sure what more we can do to help you with this problem.
