had to send chairs back but eventually got refund

seemed like capable company as suggested by people they say they supply ie NHS and BBC etc but two chairs ordered did not meet spec they said. They collected them very quickly but it took three weeks to get the money back although they did say this doesnyt happen often and offered a full apology after a few letters of complanit

ordered two black roll neck jumpers. Delayed delivery with not much communication but to be fair i didnt chase. happy with product and would use again

Actually gave really great service

Ive gotta say that this firm suprised me and my dad. we ordered a gogo mobility scooter on Wednesday and it came on Thursday. There was a scratch on it so we called them to let them know, but we said we wernt too worried and they replaced the scooter the next day and gave us a discount off our next purchse. Top top guys
