While the staff that go through the telephone application process with you are very helpful, the actual time it takes is very long, up to 45 mins.

Thank you for your feedback. We are conscious that the application process can seem quite lengthy. Unfortunately we have no control over this as all our application are designed by the relevant insurer.

It is important for us to take our time being clear and not to rush you as it is important that every question is answered to the best of your ability.
