Service second to none

Within the equipment list we had ordered on line, a few of the shelves for the comms cabinet were not compatable.

Rather than just delivering the equipment and the problem being ours, Customer Services contacted us and highlighted the issue and provided alternatives - they even credited the difference back to our credit card without any requests to do so.

We have used Comms Express many times in the past and will continue to do so - we have always been treated very well by them - Customer Service is so important to us as we are ordering on behalf of our clients who expect the same from us.
