Worst internet connection experience

TL;DR Like everyone else here, it's a crappy service. Go to any competitor.

I have had an internet connection for now 6 months at Sagitta.
Sometimes, the internet is just unusable. It just doesn't work. Some other times, I am back in 1990 with a 56K modem and I think that I would get a faster response from any website in the world if I was using a pigeon.

Even when the connection *do work*, there is a million problems because sagitta cuts tcp connections to quickly (think IRC, think iMessage, think SSH).

I tried to contact their customer service who couldn't help me to solve my problem. It always ended up with a "give us a call" or "you need to be physically present in the apartment for us to help you". Back in 1990 I told ya ! :-)

Never receive the package, dont want to refund me.

Order for about 20$ of goods. After 1 month and a half, I still haven't received anything. DX does not want to issue any refund and claim that "I should be more patient".

Really !?!

Will never, ever shop over there anymore.
