First class service ...best price on the web......saved loads of money !!!!!

I bought four items....three taps (mixer) and one shower mixer...all Bristan make
All arrived very quickly and were top quality.... A first class service..... unlike others like Firstbathrooms (see my review) who are a nightmare
I think Tapoutlet are superb and really deliver the goods and service that you expect

Firstbathrooms

Poor service from start. delivery slow. phone lines a joke. 4 items bought all, had issues

I bought a bath, a bath screen, a shower tray and a shower door from this company...
The bath was in stock but, suddenly disappeared so there was a long wait.
The shower tray came with a waste fitting that simply did not fit.
The bath screen took 5 weeks to arrive, kept gettng promised delivery which did not happen
The shower screen is advertised as fitting 860mm to 890mm but will not fit at all.... it is 890mm to 910mm and will not fit.
I contacted the company and they said I should contact the manufacturer... manufacturer refused to deal with me saying I should go to Firstbodgerooms ...
It seems that Firstbodgerooms have modified the unit supplied to them so that is will not adjust down to 860mm..... Still not sure what I can do, as Firstbodgerooms will not refund unless it is faulty and manufacturer says is is not faulty, just incorrectly modfied by Firstbodgerooms.
The phones take ages to be answered... up to 54 minutes.... I have spent around £10 on phone calls... plus my time and still got nowhere.
I would not suggest using this company ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

IT GETS WORSE !!!!!

NOTHING FITS, ALL ITEMS SENT HAVE ARE THE WRONG SIZE OR SIMPLY DO NOT WORK AS INTENDED

LIFETIME WARRANY IS SIMPLY .. NOT SO

REFUNDS NOT SENT

STILL WAITING AFTER 2 MONTHS FOR ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED

CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE USELESS AND SIMPLY TELL LIES, THIS SEEMS TO BE COMPANY POLICY IN MY OPINION.

BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

poor service ..really bad communications

This company will not permit you to phone them. Their service is totally unsatisfactory... I have used them quite a lot so I feel I have given them a fair chance to get it right.... They simply cannot do so.
Items sent get smashed despite many many layers of bubblewrap. double boxing etc... You will never get any compensation ... their list of items that they will not cover includes everything... and just in case it doesn't they also will not compensate for "various".... basically NO COMPENSATION ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Their website and their Livechat is no use ... YOU WILL NOT GET ANY JOY IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
This is not just me raving on about one incident... they have totally failed on many many occasions... It is about time they provided a good service or shut down.... We, the customers, have had enough
