Dissapointed

Hi there, 

Am very please with the service only complain I have is that I miss the lock from one of my luggage wich key was returned to me back in London but the lock is missing! The driver ask me to open the luggage and I gave him the key but he didn't returned the lock to me! I tough he left it on the luggage but when i receive the luggage in Spain the lock were missing! 
Is unprofesional and I fine it very rude! 
He could have returned to me in London with the key! 
I have beein using that lock for over 5 years now I only I have a key! 
Means I have to buy I new lock for further trips! Very dissapointed
