Nearly 5 stars......

I think they are a great company with a brilliant website. All products well advertised, many clever options to view and remember them including video footage.

Swift delivery and even on the telephone they are very helpful. Payment is easy and even when you return products they reimburse you no questions asked.

The reason why I don't give 5 stars is that having bought now for nearly a £1000 worth of scuba gear they are relentless in their postage charge. Whether I bought for £665 of equipment in one go or £49 they did charge their £2,99 for postage which I think is rather mean. I understand the postal charge with small amounts but when I spend nearly 700 pounds in one purchase they could have posted it for free as a sign of goodwill / appreciating my custom. I guess it is the way their website is set up....hence 4 stars.

We are very sorry to hear that customer was disappointed that they had to pay a postage cost for a high value order. We do take on board the customer's point of view regarding this matter, however we are charged accordingly to ship the goods to the customer's destination by our courier's but we always aim to keep those costs as competitive as possible, as the postage cost remains the same for all items included in an order and is not per item.


Would have given them 5 stars when delivery had been accurate.

The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because their delivery dat is an estimate. I contacted them twice, once because I had not received a confirmation email of my order which turned out to be my mistake and the second time because the ordered goods took nearly a week after the estimated delivery day to turn up and I wanted to know when they would come. In both occasions I phoned directly with a representative and was very happy and satisfied the way they dealt with my queries. It seems a very professional company with pleasant people who know what they are doing. I would definitely buy again with them.

Great company, great products for lowest prices.

Not only do they have great offers and low prices but their delivery system is one which many other companies could learn from. They keep you posted with txt alerts up and till the hour of delivery.


Company that is so big they lost the plot.

Rented a car since my usual car rental company SIXT was not available at this particular holiday destination. I thought it would not harm to give it a try, wish I had never done so.
Months after the rental was paid and the accompanied airmiles were added to my account they send me an invoice for the full amount to be paid again. After several phone conversations and letters they also dare to send me a notice of intent to commence legal proceedings although I have send them a copy of my credit card payment and airmile points. In my opinion they are such a big company with so many departments that they have lost the skill to coordinate on all levels.

Great place for car and bike parts.

On-line as well a at their shop they have all you need and more for cars, bikes and camping stuff. What is even more pleasant is that when you wish to replace you car windshield wiper blades for instance they can check which part number is appropriate for your car by feeding in your car registration number into their computer.


By far the best cheap airline.

They are cheap and very clear with what's on offer. Not only the flights are easy to book also all their staff from check-in to flight attendants are clear and organised polite people. Very pleasant to fly with when you look for affordable fast no nonsense air transport.


My first choice when it comes to buying goods on-line.

For years now I have been returning to Amazon first just for DVD's, now it's for almost everything and it remains my number one on-line company to order stuff. Reliable and great service.


Never ever again ryan air

Total rip off airline. No exceptions made policy. Only in it for the money.

Easyjet is a similar 'bus' company however still have my sympathy since they treat their customers at least as human beings.

Totally pefect !

I have been using PayPal now since a few years and it is the best online paying method by a country mile. Not only are they totally reliable, they have mastered the log-in to become extremely safe and last but not least to sign up with them is an easy and again fail proof procedure. To proof even more how good they are is the fact that over these past years more and more companies offer their paying method. Lufthansa airlines is one of the recent newcomers.

Once the deal was done I received a confirmation by email and a day later another email to let me know of the next day delivery. The goods were indeed delivered the next day and I am very happy with both the product and the service.

I had ordered quite a few drinks for a first time order and upon arrival a quarter of them were out of sell by date. A phone call later with Irina and all was solved with another free next day delivery and an apology.
