Found Point101 to be competitive on price and offered more canvas sizes than some others. Buying process was smooth with clear and well thought out options, delivery speed was good and delivered product was excellent quality. Impressed, will no doubt use them again.
Went here as a stag party during the day in fancy dress. They were organised enough to get 24 of us set up and fitted in 3 games in the hour. We weren't the quietest group but they handled us just fine! Pretty basic laser room with just one floor though but it was good enough for us.
Organised a pool tournament as part of a stag do, Rileys in Bristol were more than happy to help. Booked us several tables (6 people per table) for free as long as we were drinking! Fine with us being in fancy dress and let us use the tables for an hour longer than we originally booked for! Awesome!
Had quite a pushy conversation with one of their sales personnel as he was more than eager to get the call finished once I'd shown an interest in the offered insurance but... they did get me the best price for what seems like a pretty comprehensive policy so just needed to ignore his fast talking, ask the questions that I wanted answered and repeat them if he tried moving on without giving a proper answer.
As for how they handle claims, hopefully I won't have to make one so can't comment on that just yet.
I always used to buy stuff from Play.com but more recently I've found their prices often aren't as good as Amazon.co.uk and they seem to have introduced things which show adverts, after you've bought something, for other annoying offers like "Get £10 off your next order if you sign up for a trial on one of these other sites..." etc. It was nicer when it was simpler... 3 clicks and a password and I'd be done without any extras in my face!
The online ordering was simple and worked well but, unfortunately, when I ordered the item I was after, they later realised that the stock had been marked incorrectly in the warehouse so couldn't supply me with what I was after.
They were professional at handling this mistake though with a prompt personal email, which gave detail about the expected delivery time of new stock coming in, and issued a refund immediately when I confirmed that I did not want to wait for the stock to arrive.
Shame it didn't work out but they were good enough to not leave me feeling bitter.
Having been let down by another company, who had miscounted their stock, Reidys were very helpful and more than happy to speak to their warehouse, check stock levels and put aside the monitor speaker that I was after. They called back within a few minutes to confirm they had the item, leaving me to complete the order online... which was straight forward!
Also got good information on the delivery progress, which was very quick as it was delivered the next day! Excellent service!
