Excellent initial understanding of what we needed to acheive in terms of agenda and cost. Unlike many supposed business travel advisors Laura listened carefully to what we had to say and made sure her proposed itinarary dealt with our concerns.
Nice touch was her offer to sort out our Visa's and to assist with getting our seat numbers confirmed.
No doubt Laura has not seen the last of us (poor girl).
