It is somewhat early to give a full review, as I have yet to assemble the tunnel. However, the web site is easy to maneuver and there are videos to help make additional choices and decisions.
I could not believe how quickly the tunnels was delivered and without unpacking I telephoned First Tunnels to establish where the cover was in the boxes. They were helpful and extremely friendly, which gives me confidence when I call them as I'm putting it together to shout "HELP", I know it will be forthcoming.
