If you have the willpower it works!

Delivery was really fast and as promised. instructions are clear and and seems to be well thought out. Been on this diet for two weeks now and already lost a stone in weight. its really easy if you stick to the plan. my problem is that the Shakes are great but soups and bars are really bland. I'm going to continue with shakes only from now on and look forward to a continued weight loss.

Well done on losing a stone so far, we wish you well with the rest of your weight loss. If you find the soups bland you could try adding fresh herbs, black pepper, garlic flakes or even Tabasco sauce to spice them up. Thank you for the review.
