Had trouble makingJet2holiday booking on web-site and then trying to put in seat positions. Also tried to print off boarding passes but would not allow me to do so. Phoned Jet2 twice about this - holding on for 45 then 14 minutes with no reply to the phone. At Leeds airport, twice the Jet2 staff insisted that I pay £35 for my wife and I not having boarding passes.
Eventually after I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, they said that Jet2holiday passengers did not need to print boarding passes.
Also still awaiting loyalty points to be added - Leeds staff could not help - they said that I must phone their expensive special call line.
change of flight times after booking is a pain especially when cannot alter special offer train tickets and need to rebook them and lose the intial cost of them
