Great value for money
This is a great site, you can download a free 1 hour trial for any game by then you know if you want it or not. The price is good $6.99 each or $19.95 for Collectors editions with extra content (strategy guide, screen savers ect.) you can't beat that. Their customer help is also excellent. They have a monthly punchcard where if you buy 6 games in a month you get a free game credit and if you buy a collector edition you get 3 stamps on your card, again you can't that. Well worth a look.

No Problems
I have never had any problems with billing, I have only ever been charged for the amount I have added to my account. As for downloads I have never had any problems at all, I recently accidentlly hit the wrong download and was given a refund within the hour. All my movies have been good quality, are we all talking about the same company? The true ZML site does not offer a free trial, they have an account you can decide what amount you wish to add to it. They also do not charge per month for downloads. Sounds like there is a fake site out there.
