This company is the reason I quit ebay. I had the same experience as Duncan listed below... the waiting game and no response to messages. I contacted my credit card company and had them get a refund for me. You keep getting promises that they will send the goods by never do. Also, you can expect them to be quite aggressive about you "having to leave them positive feedback".When questioned about where goods are- they will ask you to re-confirm your address and state "we are a victim here too". It's disgusting that sites like ebay don't stop this sort of thief when they clearly know it's happening.
