I ordered a shower pump from these guys. They were not sure they had one on the shelf so the girl on the phone very helpfully went and checked in the warehouse and phoned me back within 20 minutes to confrim that they had one left. They had a slight glitch with their telphone ordering system on the day I called so one of the guys rang me (completely off his own back) to sugggest that I place my order on line instead to avoid someone else snaffling the pump in the meantime. I placed my order online at 12:00 with no difficulty at all and I received the pump by Fed Ex the next day. Great service indeed. Just need to install the pump now!
