Send a confirmation e-mail!

I never got a confirmation e-mail for my in store pickup. The e-mail I got said quantity in stock is equal to zero and delivery NA. It wasn't clear that my wine had arrived in store and I had to call three times before someone could tell me it was. Poor service!
