Despite being notified that I work shifts and am not availaible in the mornings they persistendly deliver in the morning and I am unable to receive the goods. This creates more costs for the company and problems for myself and my business as I order regularly.
Something needs to be done to accommodate people who work shifts.
Excellent company however a few problems re third party sellers
Postage Allowance bad for sellers. Final fees too high.
Allowing third party sellers to sell items that are under par.
Allowing bad reviews from purchases via 3rd party of a substandard product to be submitted under a genuine product and having the comments blanketed across that type of item instead of being reviewed only under that item. I have noticed that many buyers write reviews of an otherwise very good product after buying a non genuine item they do not realise that this is the reason they are having problems with the item.
Allowing people to write ridiculous things that do not even qualify as a review.
