I'm very impressed at how simple it was to order and how efficiently the order has been dealt with.

I was expecting an excellent product but not necessarily your services to be impeccable. But they were.

I've always had problems with deliveries been handled poorly. This has been the first time in London, for me, when a well-mannered gentleman personally handled delivery as well as fully briefing me on the product.

Needless to say: I'm very pleased.
