Poor Poor Poor

Rang customer services because delivery had not arrived. Sat listening to poor music for over 10 mins x 2 before giving up sent emails to customer services no response...Bought a bed off them previous and all was fine then. Will not be purchasing my 3rd bed that I need from Dreams.
