Spoilt what could have been excellent service

I ordered my watch and paid extra for the bracelet to be adjusted. The watch was delivered really quickly and was excellent and just what I wanted but the bracelet was not adjusted at all and I had put my wrist size on the order as requested. I sent several emails to the customer service email address requesting the £10 adjustment fee be refunded but all were eventually returned by the post master as undelivered, which I thought was appalling.
I am delighted with my watch but would not use Precision Time again as they were let down by their customer service!!
