Happy with the service but disappointed in the lack of product.

I ordered a cover or my iPhone and was told the. Over was out of stock via an automatically generated email.
I was really disappointed about this as I really wanted the cover.
However I received a full refund and would be happy to make purchases with my trendy phone in the future.
