Put Brazil on the address label instead of UK so my package was sent around the world and took 2 weeks to arrive with me. Blamed DHL. Gave no help in sending a replacement or anything and just told to wait. Didn't kick up much of a stink with DHL to get the package to me or upgrade shipping to get it to me faster.
Item turned out to be not what was described as they were actually stretch fit jeans(spandex and cotton) and not normal slim fit. Couldn't even be arsed to return them because I was sick of dealing with them.
I only really buy Dermalogica because its so good. Not cheap, but worth it in comparison. I used to use only Lab Series stuff but even that has fallen by the wayside now. Shipping cost and times are fairly good and there's always regular deals on the stuff I want.
Good prices and products, shocking delivery service. Out of the last 5 orders, 4 have been delayed, one of them upto nearly 2 weeks. When I initially started using them I could order in the evening, it was marked as sent the following morning and arrived the next day. Now I kind of expect it'll take a while and order way before I run out.
I called 3 days ago, got put on hold for 15mins than gave up and emailed instead. My order was apparently delivered by the infamous and notoriously crap, Hermes (Google it). It was apparently delivered to a neighbour. It wasn't as I have CCTV and nobody came to my house or entered the cul-de-sac. So I emailed myprotein to ask what was going on. Three days and 3 emails and still no reply! Just an automated email saying they will reply in 24 hours. Good products, non existent after care and stay well clear of Hermes because they will not discuss any problems with you, they refer you back to myprotein, who dont reply!!
